Our equipment is housed in a Carrier Class Datacenter in Seattle, Washington.

Our datacenter is connected directly to the Seattle Internet Exchange (SIX) via redundant gigabit fiber links. At the SIX we receive bandwidth via peering from virtually all backbone providers that service the Seattle interchange. By connecting directly to the SIX we gain the advantage that we are not tied to a single network provider with a single point of failure. If one network provider is encountering problems, the network automatically reroutes traffic as needed, and it also provides the shortest routing of traffic on a normal basis. The datacenter has video monitoring for security, temperature control to ensure a stable environment, UPS battery backup for short term power outages, and diesel generator backup in the case of a longer term power outage.

We own all of our equipment that includes the firewalls, network switches, servers, backup drives and even cables. Spare equipment is stored at the datacenter to limit downtime in case of hardware failure. We have an easy to use Web Based Control Panel, with lots of features and capabilities.
